Resistance Training is based on Terry Bryan’s confused muscle principles. His training sessions are planned out for the entire year to get you fabulous results. Each week the sets and reps will change with every muscle in the body being challenged each week. These sessions are very effective for muscle strength, tone and mobility.
Boot camps are based on time and a full body workout. This class is fast paced and fun. You will feel this full body workout and experience not only the cardiovascular aspects of a boot camp, but you will build valuable muscle, strength and tone as well.
This camp is designed for the athlete in mind, with lots of plyometrics and sports conditioning moves.
This is a team of men and women who are either competing or want to compete in power meets. This session focuses on power moves of Olympic training.
Fit & Healthy Boot Camp
This boot camp is for women only. Taught by Jackie Walton and based on her 6 week Fit & Healhty Challenge. You will receive 2 boot camps per week along with customized coaching based on your personal needs and goals.
